Jenny and Liam Paint the Blues / by James Woodward

Coming soon to 114 Church Street, we have ‘Jenny and Liam Paint the Blues’ a joint pop up exhibition of paintings by artists Jenny Mustill and Liam Buckley.

With strong and contrasting styles, the pair are united in a bold use of colour. Their pop up exhibition runs from the 8th to the 12th of November.

Jenny is a Brighton based artist and maker who after a stint as as assistant for Damien Hirst set up her own creative business which currently operates from the Rodhus studios. She has recently returned to painting and will be showcasing a series of intricately hand painted geometric paintings, which enable to viewer to get 'lost in a sea of repetition’.

Liam is a modernist figurative painter based in London. His paintings often throw together unlikely pairings in his colourful depictions of significant characters and fictional events.
