114 Church Street is Brighton's only permanent pop up retail, exhibition and event space. The space is perfect for pop up retail, exhibitions, events, product launches, sample sales, photo shoots and filming.
Dating back to 1876, the building is both architecturally stunning and steeped in history. Internally the space has been refurbished to the highest standard.
Spread over two floors, the ground floor measures 5.5m x 3.2m and features the original pine floor, 2.7m ceilings and a top of the range ERCO LED lighting system, allowing you ultimate flexibility in lighting the space.
The lower ground floor is 7.5m x 3.2m, with 2.4m high ceilings, polished concrete floors and Plumen light fittings.
Pop up clients have included Fender, Sofa.com, Made.com, Basement Approved, Hush, Ilovedust, Andy Doig, Peroni Nastro Azzuro and Rankin, Brighton Festival, The Great Escape and a host of other independent artists, designers and retailers. The space has also been used by No Walls to host exhibitions by artists including Lucy Sparrow, Hattie Stewart, Ben Frost, Megamunden, Supermundane, Mr Penfold and Hayden Kays.
